Daily Group Training Run Schedule in Key West
*This schedule is the SAME every week

Monday mornings: 3 mile run at an easy cheezy pace (usually 9:30-10:30 pace) at 5 am starting from the Green Parrot Bar. Goes through Truman Annex and through Old Town Key West. This is a great day for beginners to come out for their first run.
Tuesday mornings: 5-mile Tempo run (1 mile slow, 1 mile faster, 1 mile slow, 1 mile faster, finish with 1 mile slow) at White Street Pier at 5 am. Everyone regroups at the end of each mile, so no worries about getting separated because of pace.
Wednesday mornings and evenings: 5 am, 6 am, and 5 pm Track Speed Workouts. 3 opportunities for a track workout at Key West High School depending on your schedule. 1 mile warm-up jog, then a series of sprints, and 1 mile cool-down. Or just come out and do laps around the track. Look for Ed at 5 am, Michael at 6 am, and Don
or Roy at 5 pm. (Winter Hours) Best day for beginners.
Thursday mornings: 5 mile bridges/hills run at 5 am starting at Albertson's food store parking lot. Route goes over the Garrsion Bight bridge a few times.
Friday mornings: Easy Cheesy comfortable pace 3 mile run through Stock Island Golf Course Loop starting at Waffle House at 5 am. Great day for beginners! Usually a 9:30 min/mile -10:30 min/mile pace.
Saturday mornings: 4 mile run up the beach starting at White Street Pier at 7 am. 9:00-10:30/mile social pace. Breakfast at Essie's Cafe afterwards....or...check the race calendar below for a weekend race!
Sunday mornings: Long run (10+ miles) starting at 7:30 am at White Street Pier. Roughly 9:30 pace. Email:
